Job Description: : Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Filter and "clean" data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.Ensure that validated deliverable meet functional and design specifications and requirements.Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field preferred
Job Title : Lead Software Systems Analyst

Job Description: : Lead, supervise, contribute, analysis, design, development, web applications using J2EE technologies (Java, Servlets, JDBC, XML, WebServices), using application frameworks (Struts, Spring) with Hibernate. Using Oracle, MySQL and SQL. Develop GUI using JavaScript, XML, AJAX, HTML and CSS. Document unit test cases, deployment procedures and provide testing and production support.
Req: Bachelour's degree in Computer Engineering + 5 years work experience.’
